Why I decided to enroll in this programme
My
decision to participate in the RN-BSN programme is principally for professional
development. For I aspire to become a Family nurse practioner in the near
future .However in order for this to become possible .I first need to obtain my
BSN ,it is one of the prerequisites for
enrollment, into the family nurse practioner programme. Another reason is to
expound on my knowledge base .With the advent of new information and technology
being brought to the forefront. These can be used to develop a highly
specialized skill set. There by providing nursing care of high quality for the
creation of better patient outcomes
